In response to this problem, I checked the relevant data and discussed with the company's technical master, and learned that the vibrating screen mesh presents linear fracture, which is generally caused by the linear and regular fracture of the screen mesh caused by the secondary vibration between the screen box support strip and the screen mesh formed when the screen mesh is not tensioned (or not tensioned). The possible causes of this damage are:
A. The size of the vibrating screen is too long, resulting in the tension of the tensioning screw;
B. There is a problem with the tensioning mechanism of the screen machine, the tensioning plate is not matched with the screen machine, and the tensioning plate (hook) is thin or deformed;
C. The bending shape and size of the screen are not matched with the tensioning plate;
D. The structural damage of vibrating screen caused by welding fracture of screen body;
E. The rubber cushion strip is worn or empty;
F. Design structure defects of vibrating screen or screen machine;
G. The support bar of the vibrating screen box is lower than the screen, that is, there is a certain distance between the support bar and the screen;
H. The spring stiffness of the vibrating screen is uneven;
1. The vibration amplitude of vibrating screen is too large.
